Questions Merchants Ask

How do I make a COD landing page on Shopify?

Install ItsCOD and add the landing page template in your theme editor: three steps the app guides you through. Then pick a product and a starting point, and set the page to Active. It shows on the product's URL.

What is the COD form, and can I customize it?

The COD form is where buyers order: the product with its bundle, the order summary and your one tick and one click upsells, in the page or in a popup, with a sticky buy button on phones and an optional WhatsApp button. You choose its sections, texts, colors and buttons. Its button takes buyers to Shopify checkout, where they enter their details and pay on delivery.

Does ItsCOD create the orders?

No. Buyers finish at Shopify checkout and choose your Cash on Delivery payment method, so every order is a normal Shopify order.

How do bundle and upsell discounts reach checkout?

When the buyer goes to checkout, ItsCOD works out the price from your offers and adds single-use discount codes to the order. They apply by themselves and expire after 48 hours.

Do I need to edit my theme's code?

No. Everything is done in the theme editor. You need an Online Store 2.0 theme, such as Dawn or Horizon.

Can I show bundles and the COD form on my normal product pages?

Yes. Turn on the "COD form and offers" app embed. Products without a landing page show their bundles above Add to cart and the COD form's button under Buy it now.

Does it work for Arabic and right to left stores?

Yes. Pages, forms and offers read right to left, and you write every text in your store's language.

Which ad pixels can I add?

Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Taboola. Add the pixel ID and ItsCOD adds the code to your pages, with View content and Add to cart events.

Is there a free plan, and what happens at the limit?

Starter is free for 50 orders a month from the app's pages. You get an email at 80% and 100%. At the limit, buyers see a message instead of going to checkout until the count resets or you upgrade.

Is there a discount code for ItsCOD COD Form & Page Builder?

Yes. With the launch discount code start1, the Advanced or Pro plan costs $1 a month for the first 3 months (monthly billing), then its regular price. Enter it in the app: Billing plans, Enter discount code. Once per store, valid until December 31, 2026.
